Nama Marketing MCP Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 September 2026

These terms cover Nama Marketing MCP, the tool described on its own page. Using the tool means accepting them.

Who may use it

The tool is for authorised Namasoft personnel, and for the partners Namasoft has provided a copy to, and their staff. It is not licensed to customers or the public. Namasoft may withdraw access at any time — from a person who changes role or leaves, for instance, or from a partner, which must then stop using its copy.

Connect only the accounts, Pages and Instagram accounts you are authorised to work on. The sign-in acts with your own Google, Facebook and LinkedIn permissions, so anything done through the tool is done as you.

What you are responsible for

  • Keeping the machine you run it on, and the credentials it stores, secure.
  • Reading the proposed change or post before applying it. The tool shows a dry run first, and that step exists to be used.
  • The changes you apply and the posts you publish. The configured ceilings on spend, bids and posting are a safety net against mistakes, not a guarantee of any outcome.

What a partner is responsible for

A partner runs its own copy, so it is responsible for that copy in the same way Namasoft is for its own:

  • deciding which of its staff may use it, and which of them may make changes;
  • the data its copy stores, and answering requests from its own staff and from people who contact it, under the privacy law that applies to the partner;
  • keeping its use within the Google, Meta and LinkedIn terms listed below.

Namasoft does not operate a partner’s copy and cannot see what it stores.

What is not promised

The tool is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. It is not a supported product, carries no service level, and may change or be withdrawn without notice.

Namasoft accepts no liability for advertising spend, lost impressions, what is published, or any other loss arising from its use. It reports and changes what Google’s, Meta’s and LinkedIn’s APIs report and accept; where their data is delayed or incomplete, so is the tool’s.

Answers come from a language model and can be wrong. Check anything you intend to act on.

Other terms that still apply

Using this tool does not displace your obligations under the Google Ads terms, the Google API Services Terms of Service, Meta’s Terms of Service and Platform Terms, LinkedIn’s User Agreement and API Terms of Use, or Anthropic’s terms for Claude. Where those conflict with this page, they govern the part they cover.

Changes to these terms

We may revise this page. The date at the top records when it last changed, and continuing to use the tool after a change means accepting it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, where Namasoft is established.
